1. Operator and service

TubeType is operated by 케노시스랩, branded in English as KenoSysLab, represented by Sangbin Park. TubeType explains the content of YouTube videos and helps you understand them through reports and AI conversations. Follow timestamp links to relevant passages, ask questions and continue the conversation.

Your connected AI uses captions, audio transcriptions and timing information; reports and answers are written in the AI service you choose. TubeType is a separate service from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.

Personal audio upload and transcription are available through the TubeType website and supported connected AI services. Their file processing, retention and deletion arrangements are explained in the personal audio processing notice and the relevant upload screens.

2. Accounts and connections

You need a TubeType account and access to the relevant feature. You can sign up or sign in with Google on the website and start using FREE access. Paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are currently unavailable. Previously issued access remains subject to its applicable conditions.

Sign in through the authentication screen and authorize the connection. Do not enter passwords or verification codes in AI conversations or support messages. You can disconnect TubeType in your AI service's connection settings. Disconnecting an AI service and deleting your TubeType account are separate actions.

3. Video processing and usage

Ordinary video requests first check available caches and captions. Audio transcription runs only after you explicitly request it or agree to the processing method and usage information presented. Transcribing audio from another video requires its own request or consent.

Your plan, access period and remaining allowance follow your issued access. You can ask your connected AI about your own usage. Usage is confirmed for the processing route that actually succeeds. Support can investigate failed or duplicate requests. This plugin does not make payments, purchase credits or change subscriptions.

4. Using and checking results

Captions, speech recognition and AI answers can contain errors. Check important statements, figures and conditions in the original video using timestamp links. Distinguish information found in the video from AI explanations and interpretations. Do not present an AI answer as the speaker's own answer or agreement.

You must have the necessary rights to use videos and other material and comply with applicable laws and the source provider's terms. Do not bypass access restrictions or infringe other people's rights. TubeType provides explanations and analysis of video content; delivery of complete YouTube originals, subtitle files or reconstructions that effectively replace the original is restricted.

TubeType does not upload to YouTube channels or change video titles or visibility.

5. Retention and privacy

Video processing results are held in an operating cache for a limited time. YouTube caches expire 72 hours after the last successful analysis request; ordinary reads do not extend that period. Permanent storage is not provided, so save any reports you need separately. See the Privacy Policy for item-specific retention and deletion, external processing and privacy requests.

6. Ending use and deleting your account

You can disconnect in the AI service you use. Request account closure through the signed-in website or contact support@tubetype.com. If active work, a paid balance or a paid contract prevents immediate closure, follow the explanation provided to resolve it first. For support requests, we explain a minimal way to verify account ownership rather than requesting your password or a copy of your identity document.

After verification, account access is stopped, active work and retention obligations are checked, and unnecessary information is deleted. If a request is still being processed or a record must be retained separately, we explain the item, reason and retention period. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and backup handling.

7. Changes, interruptions and support

For planned material service changes or closure, we provide advance notice on the public website or through a contact method available to users. For urgent incidents such as security events or outages, notice may follow the necessary action. User rights and operator responsibilities are governed by applicable law.
